About Senior Housing
Augustana Senior Housing is comprised of two complexes. Gloria Dei and Emmaus Place offer housing-with-services for seniors age 62 and older and 55 and older respectively. Studio, one bedroom and two bedroom floor plans are available. The senior living setting provides tenants with a wide array of services at an affordable price. Tenants can maintain their privacy and still remain active within the Augustana community and the larger Litchfield community. Both facilities are registered with the Minnesota Department of Health as "housing-with-services" facilities. Rental subsidy is available in a limited number of apartments for those who qualify.
