Home Care is individualized care and support for those recovering from
an illness or surgery as well as those in need of customized and specialized
services to meet their daily needs. 24-hour RN on-call support is available
to all those enrolled. Services are delivered to the individual's place
of residence in the areas of Atwater, GroveCity, Litchfield, Mannanah,
Greenleaf, Forest City, Darwin, Dassel, Cokato and Kingston. Payment for
services is accepted from Medicare, Medical Assistance, Third Party Insurers,
County Waivered Programs, Private Pay, VA, Long Term Care Insurance, and
others. |
